If you're not the finished article, that's okay-this role is designed for someone ready to grow into it. Both the hiring manager and the FD have a Practice/Audit background and understand the transition. This is a business that values work-life balance. The team doesn't work long hours, and hybrid working is the norm (1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days from home). The Role: Prepare year-end consolidation and Group Annual Report, along with UK subsidiary statutory accounts. Support the year-end audit for the Group and subsidiaries and establish a global group reporting function. Drive process improvements and provide technical expertise to influence key stakeholders. Support acquisition accounting, M&A integrations, and undertake ad hoc international projects for standardisation and assimilation. Full salary information can be provided on request.
