Town Planner

Town Planner Penguin Recruitment is please to be supporting a UK leading land promotor and developer in their hire of a dynamic Town Planner to their Northwest team As Planner you will work within the Planning & Projects team to achieve both local planning permissions or promoting major strategic sites through both the Local Plan process and by way of planning application and planning appeals. You will be involved with formulating the planning strategy for sites and implementing once agreed. The role will require an ability to think strategically and in the short and long term. The ideal candidate for this position will hold an RTPI accredited degree, and will be MRTPI Chartered, or in the process of submitting for the APC. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience at Planner level, either public or private sector experience will be considered. Why Apply?
