Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role You will administer the preparation, documentation and disbursement of paychecks, taxes, and benefit payments. Delivers and improves Payroll processes and programs through continuous improvement and evaluation efforts, technology solutions and centralized shared services as well as implementing and contributing to policy/procedures. As Payroll Specialist , you will have the opportunity to use your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people of the world. The main tasks you will take care of are: Supporting the day-to-day payroll operations. Administering other benefit plans related to payroll Providing operations, systems, services, and project management support to Payroll. Deliver manager/employee access and training for time and attendance system. Audits employee data for accuracy and reporting. Documents and maintains procedures, system configuration documents and training documents for Payroll and Time & Attendance. Assists with Accounting System/Payroll testing when required. Assists with overall Process Optimization. Provides support to ensure Payroll is compliant. Social Security / Infonavit Annual Dictamen Process Annual process providing support and ensuring the correct payment (Christmas bonus, Sharing profit, Annual Tax, distribution of savings fund) Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor degree (or above) or equivalent experience required, preferably in Accounting, HR, or related field. 2 years of professional working experience in Payroll preferred. Intermediate English level In addition to the above requirements, the following are also preferred: Focused and proven success delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience. Experience with tax reporting may be required. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in Workday and other payroll systems is a plus. Payroll vendor management experience. Work location: Onsite: Apodaca, Nuevo Léon (MX) Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
