Finance Business Partner

We are working with a market-leading business in Coventry to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a high-profile role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic decisions and helping shape the future of the business. You will: Build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders across the business, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. Partner with department heads to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to optimise profitability and efficiency. Challenge assumptions and influence decision-making with a commercial and strategic mindset. Identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process improvement. About You: You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with experience in a business partnering role. You’ll need: Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link financial data to business outcomes. Confidence in challenging and supporting operational teams to deliver results. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving change. What’s in it for You?
