Proposition / Product Manager

The Opportunity: We are looking for a Proposition Manager / Product Design Manager with a financial services (specifically Mortgage products) background to join a Financial Services Business in their Basingstoke (Hampshire) offices. The Role: You will be joining the business on their exciting journey as they continue to grow their market share and build out new products that will attract and engage new customers. The role will involve managing the mortgage product design, analysing performance and working with the team to develop new products. Responsibilities: - Focus heavily on pricing, mortgage product structure and governance - Monitor the product performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders within the business - Conduct market analysis and research and develop the strategy around new products - Work closely with external brokers and other key stakeholders - Keep on to of innovations within the mortgage / banking industry and specifically be aware of changes to legislation and regulation - Collaborate with internal finance teams for forecasting and analytics The Person: The ideal person will come from a Financial Services / Banking background and be analytical and innovative in their approach. You'll have worked as a Proposition Manager, Product Designer or Innovator type of role and be used to working closely with stakeholders to design new mortgage products. A strong business background and commercial knowledge is imperative and you'll be able to think strategically and design products that customers want or need You'll be able to work closely across the business with Finance, Operations, Marketing and IT / Technology. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days in the Basingstoke (Hampshire) office. ADZN1_UKTJ
