Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Parts & Goods Controller to join our team In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of parts and goods, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and cost-effectively. Your primary duties will include monitoring stock levels, processing parts requests, and maintaining accurate documentation. Responsibilities: Review and monitor inventory levels, including depot and van stocks, maintaining minimum seasonal levels. Handle parts requests from workshop and Field Service Engineers, purchasing components as needed. Check, code, and authorize invoices, ensuring timely processing. Ensure proper receipt, allocation, and secure storage of parts. Maintain accurate stock and supply documentation. Keep parts areas clean and tidy. Maintain the Company COSHH register. Monitor and remove obsolete stock, returning it for credit. Conduct required stock checks. Provide parts assistance using reference systems. Process Field Service Engineers' SD Sheets and handle queries professionally. Manage returns, including warranty returns, keeping accurate records.
