Principal Radio Frequency Design Engineer

We are seeking a Principal RF Design Engineer to join a leading company specializing in high-capacity wireless solutions. This role focuses on the design, development, and testing of RF hardware components for point-to-multipoint (PMP) microwave systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RF circuit design, PCB layout, and hands-on testing, along with a strong background in microwave technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop RF hardware components, including transmitters, receivers, and antennas. Perform simulations, schematic capture, and PCB layout for RF circuits. Conduct lab testing and validation of RF designs, ensuring compliance with performance specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF hardware into larger systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in RF hardware design, with a focus on microwave systems. Proficiency in RF design tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS) and PCB design software. Strong understanding of RF testing and measurement techniques.
