It is an off-price concept that offers a wide range of products of well-known brands at very attractive prices, including clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys as well as home furnishings and accessories. Your scope of work: Full responsibility for managing all areas of the store (operational, team, processes). Achievement of set sales targets and other KPI's. Team management (recruitment, motivation, delegation, evaluation, training and development). Organization and planning of the team's working time. Responsibility for the inventory process and loss prevention area. Cooperation with sales support departments (Operations, HR, Marketing, Security and Loss Prevention Department). Administration of store documentation (sales, personnel, financial). Responsibility for processing and displaying the product according to the standards. Our expectations: Experience in a similar position in the Retail industry (at least 3 years). You must have a high level of English. Focus on sales results. Ability to analyze reports and recommend activities supporting business. Highly developed organization and planning skills. Ability to match the way of motivating, engaging and developing to the team. Effective communication management and creating a culture of openness. Nice to have: Experience in the fashion industry, experience in running a shop with an area of min. 500 m2. We offer: Real impact on business.
