Data Center Commissioning Manager

A leading regional General Contractor specializing in large-scale, high-tech construction projects is urgently seeking a Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning phase of a hyperscale data center in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project within one of the fastest-growing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the commissioning phase of a hyperscale data center project from start to finish. Ensure all systems and equipment are properly tested and meet operational requirements before handover. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient commissioning. Oversee the preparation and execution of commissioning procedures, including the development of test plans and reports. Monitor and control commissioning schedules and ensure the resolution of any issues that may arise during the process. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise throughout the commissioning phase. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key Requirements: Proven experience in commissioning management within data centers or large-scale critical facilities. Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems. Experience managing commissioning teams and working closely with project stakeholders. Desired Requirements: Knowledge of Italian is a major advantage.
