Senior Salesforce CPQ Architect

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CPQ Architect to join our growing team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CPQ solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into effective Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including data modeling, process flows, and integrations. - Develop and document detailed solution architectures, including technical specifications and deployment plans. - Conduct proof-of-concepts to validate solution feasibility and address potential challenges. - Ensure that Salesforce CPQ solutions are aligned with client business requirements and industry best practices. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate solution designs and recommendations to clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. - Guide and mentor junior team members on Salesforce CPQ implementation best practices. - Oversee the implementation and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ implementations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ configurations. - Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, customization, and integration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. - Proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura framework, and Salesforce Flows for development purposes. - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security and performance best practices. - Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration with other systems. - 5 years of overall Salesforce experience with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. - Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex Salesforce CPQ solutions. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura framework, and Salesforce Flows. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
