Solution Architect - Java

Job Description : We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with extensive experience in Kafka Messaging & Streaming, Messaging Middleware's for Pub/Sub or Event driven messaging, particularly with hands-on capabilities on either Apache Kafka or Confluent platform and exposure to Cloud Native Pub/Sub Messaging Middleware. Qualifications & Skillsets: 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or master's degree in computer application. 2. Total IT Experience of 16-18 years. 3. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with 12-14 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on distributed systems and messaging technologies. 4. Extensive hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Confluent platform, including Kafka Streams, Connect, and Schema Registry. 5. Strong understanding of messaging patterns, event-driven architectures, and stream processing concepts. 6. Strong understanding of Cloud Native Messaging Middleware's for Pub/Sub or Event driven messaging. 7. Proficiency in Java programming language and experience with Kafka client libraries. 8. Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Apache Flink is a plus. 9. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying Kafka in cloud environments. 10. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. 11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 12. Relevant certifications (e.g., Confluent Certified Developer/Administrator) are desirable but not required. 13. Experience of working in US in the past, and handling presales for US business during last 3 years is desirable 14.
