We're Hiring Solution Architect - API Management & Microservices Location : Mumbai Total IT Experience : 16-18 years Relevant Development & Architecture Experience : 12-14 years Employment Type : Full-Time Industry : IT Services Domain : BFSI (Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements & propose tailored solutions - Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures to stakeholders - Design & implement API gateways (WSO2, Kong, Nginx, AWS, Azure, Apigee) - Architect scalable Java Microservices using Spring Boot - Integrate with BPM tools like Camunda and business rules engines like Drools/Nools - Define API governance, security policies (OAuth, JWT, OpenID), and best practices - Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Bid teams to drive successful client engagements - Stay updated with emerging tech trends to ensure innovative solutioning Key Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - 16-18 years of IT experience, with 12-14 years in software development & architecture - Expertise in API Management & Cloud-Native API Gateway (Azure, AWS, WSO2, Kong, Apigee) - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture - Experience with Camunda BPM, Drools/Nools, and Redis caching - Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS) & API integrations - Solid understanding of API security protocols and compliance standards - Experience in consultative selling, presales solutioning, and driving client conversations Preferred : - Certifications in API Management, Spring, or Cloud platforms - Prior experience working in the US or handling presales for US clients in the last 3 years (ref:hirist.tech)
