Solution Architect - AWS/Native Cloud

Location : Mumbai Experience : 16-18 years (12-14 years in Software Integration & Architecture) Industry : IT Services | Domain: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) About the Position : We are looking for an AWS Cloud Native Application Development Architect with 16-18 years of experience in the BFSI domain to join our Pre-Sales Solutioning team. The candidate will lead cloud-native solution design, engage in high-impact client conversations, and craft scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-based architectures that align with business objectives and ROI expectations. This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, modern application development, microservices, serverless architectures, and cloud-native best practices. The candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to drive solution strategy, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and create winning proposals. Key Responsibilities : - Design AWS-based Cloud Native Architectures ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization - Lead Pre-Sales Solutioning - RFPs/RFIs, PoCs, and technical workshops - Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects as a trusted cloud advisor - Drive legacy modernization and monolith-to-microservices transformation - Develop solution blueprints, cloud migration roadmaps, and TCO analysis - Stay updated on AWS technologies, compliance regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, FedRAMP), and BFSI trends Must-Have Skills : - Strong expertise in AWS services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Cognito, IAM, etc.) - Experience with Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven Architectures, and API-first strategies - Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), CI/CD (AWS CodePipeline, Terraform, CloudFormation) (ref:hirist.tech)
