Golang Developer - Microservices Architecture

Job Description : Core Responsibilities : - Design and develop high-performance microservices and APIs using Go - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Optimize application performance and implement caching strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture decisions - Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews Required Skills & Experience : - 3-5 years of production experience with Golang - Strong understanding of concurrent programming and goroutines - Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and gRPC services - Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases - Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks Technical Requirements : - Go ecosystem tools (dep, modules) - Message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Version control with Git - Microservices architecture patterns - Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Monitoring and observability tools Preferred Qualifications : - Contributions to open-source Go projects - Experience with service mesh technologies - Knowledge of infrastructure as code - Background in performance tuning and optimization - Experience with Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
