Application Lead - Oracle Platform

We are hiring for the role of Application Lead (Oracle Guided Learning). Job Title : Application Lead (Oracle Guided Learning). Job Location : Pan India. Experience Required : Minimum 6 years. Role Overview : As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring Oracle applications, specifically Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), ensuring seamless implementation across various Oracle Cloud ERP modules. You will be the primary point of contact for project-related tasks, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle-based solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in Oracle applications, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to manage a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : - Course Development : Design and develop impactful, user-friendly training materials for Oracle Fusion / ERP modules, ensuring end-users can effectively perform daily tasks on Oracle Cloud ERP. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with key stakeholders to understand user training needs and create customized curriculum based on user roles. - Content Creation & Instructional Design : Develop course documents, learning objectives, training content, practice activities, and assessments. - Conduct evaluations based on training assessments. - Communication Development : Create engaging communications (e.g. , newsletters, progress reports, event communications) to keep stakeholders informed on project status. - eLearning Content Development : Leverage tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia to create eLearning modules, develop slides, align graphics and text, and edit audio/video elements. - Asset Development : Support in the creation of assets and accelerators that assist clients in their digital transformation journey. - Team Collaboration : Actively contribute to team efforts, accept constructive feedback, and work towards continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Oracle Cloud Expertise : In-depth understanding of Oracle Supply Chain and Finance Cloud modules. - Instructional Design Expertise : At least 6 years of experience in content development and instructional design, including developing training materials for ERP solutions. - Technical Proficiency : Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline and Camtasia for creating engaging courses, including slide creation, text alignment, graphic design, audio/video editing, and feedback integration. - Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training content and project-related communications. - Tools Proficiency : Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to create visually impactful presentations. - Oracle Certification (Preferred) : Certification in any Oracle Cloud application (ERP, Supply Chain Management) is a significant advantage. - Client Interaction : Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into effective training and communication content. - Adaptability & Learning : Comfortable with learning new Oracle modules and rapidly adapting training content to meet evolving requirements.
