Job Title : ServiceNow HR Application Developer. Location : Bengaluru, India. Experience : Minimum 6 years. Job Description : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Application Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. As a ServiceNow HR Application Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet the business process and application requirements related to HR. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR) and a strong background in HR processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance HR service delivery and efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR) applications to meet business needs and optimize HR processes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and develop and test code. - Customize and configure ServiceNow HR Service Management modules, including HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, and HR Knowledge Management. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to various stakeholders, including end-users, business analysts, and project managers, ensuring high-quality solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR Service Management applications. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR). - Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Management modules, including HR Case Management, HR Service Catalog, and HR Knowledge Management. - In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to design and implement solutions that improve HR service delivery. - Proven experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow HR applications to meet business requirements. - Ability to work with stakeholders across various teams and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Desirable Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) is a plus. Educational Qualification : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
