Technical Lead - Node.js/React.js

Job Summary : As a Senior Developer / Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will leverage your expertise in. Three.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript to create innovative solutions while providing technical leadership and driving the team's success. Key Responsibilities : 3D Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain interactive 3D web applications using Three.js and WebGL. Front-End Development : Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React and TypeScript to enhance user experience. Back-End Development : Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Integration : Seamlessly integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure efficient and cohesive application workflows. Cloud Implementation and Hosting : Design and manage cloud infrastructure and hosting solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure application reliability and security. Code Quality and Reviews : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaboration : Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, 3D graphics, and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Technical Leadership : Mentor junior developers, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Proficiency in Three.js and WebGL for developing 3D web applications. - Strong experience with React and TypeScript for building modern front-end applications. - Solid expertise in Node.js for server-side development. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for 3D graphics and web applications. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Demonstrated ability to write efficient, maintainable code and lead by example. - Experience integrating front-end and back-end components seamlessly. Preferred Skills : - Prior experience with leading and mentoring development teams. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g. , Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
