SSO/Ping Federate Specialist

Job Title : SSO-Ping Federate Specialist Location : Chennai/Pune Total Experience : 8 Years Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SSO-Ping Federate Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Ping Federate solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and maintain Ping Federate solutions to facilitate secure single sign-on across applications. - Configure and manage SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols in Ping Federate. - Collaborate with application teams to integrate existing and new applications with Ping Federate. - Perform troubleshooting and provide support for Ping Federate issues and incidents. - Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and standard operating procedures. - Conduct training sessions and provide support for team members and stakeholders on Ping Federate best practices. - Monitor and analyze system performance and security to ensure optimal operation. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in IAM and Ping Federate technologies. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8 years of experience in IAM, with at least 4 years focused on Ping Federate. - Strong understanding of SSO concepts and authentication/authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). - Hands-on experience with integrating applications with Ping Federate. - Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance tuning of Ping Federate. - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and their integration with Ping Federate. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with additional IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD). - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
