About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products that meet the evolving needs of our business. Technical Skills : - Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. - In-depth knowledge of MSSQL- and- MySQL. - Experience in writing complex queries, indexing strategies, and optimizing performance in the overall application. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Knowledge of version control systems (e., Git). Preferred Experience : - Familiarity with cloud platforms preferabbly AWS. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Java applications using Spring Boot and other related frameworks. - Write, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. - Work with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL) including writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and implementing indexing strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers, QA) to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver projects on time. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues effectively. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
