Business Analyst - Payment Gateway

Role : BA Payment Gateway - BA requisitions have been raised for the Payment Gateway Proposition (Click to Pay, Visa Installments, MasterCard Transaction ID, Amex Global Spec , BA with Payment Gateway with knowledge of schemes format skills set required for these BA positions. - Should have experience in Click to Pay Should Have experience in VIS(Visa Installation service Knowledge of APACS standard 70 Message format Good Understanding of AMEX global specification - Excellent skill in Analysis of Business System and process of client application Domain experience - Must have experience in Cards and Payments domain. - Should be familiar with Payment issuing and acquiring knowledge Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Requirement management, User Stories Familiar with impact analysis/functional solution to resolve business related issues Must communicate effectively with different stakeholders, solution architect etc. - Understanding of process flow, flow chart, sequence diagram etc. - Should have experience of working in JIRA, Confluence and MS Power point Able to work independently without much support from others and drive things to closure Knowledge of Agile, Kanban Knowledge of MS Visio - Help to build operational performance framework, process and tools to measure our Ocean Partner performance across the Indian Subcontinent (ISC) markets. - Drive performance management of Flexport s freight forwarding, customs partners,and Ocean carriers leveraging global performance metrics, targets, dashboards, and reporting to drive quality and consistency of operations. - Be a trusted advisor and coach to partners; continuously identify gaps and develop solutions focused on process standardization for both the Flexport operations team and partners. - Identify partner training needs and design and execute training programs to drive operational quality - Define and refine operational performance and product adoption metrics that meet our company s business needs through alignment with Flexport Account Management, Global Operations, Operational Excellence and Partners - Prepare presentations and analysis for monthly and quarterly partner review process - Create enablement resources to ensure our internal teams are able to easily ship in and out of managed territories.
