Lead Developer - BASE24 Platform

Role : Base24 EPS developer Lead. Location : Pune Bangalore. 8 years Experience : - Working with Base 24 EPS Hands on experience in design and development for Merchant Acquiring. - Authorization projects Base 24 EPS, NCR Implementation knowledge on Acquiring Authorization projects. Good knowledge of Merchant Acquiring landscape. - Transaction processing and Settlements Good knowledge of Switch Processing Good communication and Stakeholder Management skills. Experience working with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners and CUP schemes for authorization processing. We are seeking a Base24 EPS Developer Lead with 3 to 8 years of experience, and open to considering candidates with 3.5 years of experience for this position. The role involves design, development, and implementation of solutions in the Merchant Acquiring and Authorization domain using Base24 EPS and NCR technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of Merchant Acquiring Authorization projects using Base24 EPS and NCR platforms. - Collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions for transaction processing. - Implement solutions for Acquiring Authorization systems with a focus on reliability and performance. - Provide support during the rollout phase to ensure successful deployment. - Develop and optimize solutions for transaction processing and settlements. - Ensure seamless integration with various systems in the Merchant Acquiring landscape. - Work closely with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and CUP schemes to support authorization processes. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and scheme-specific requirements. - Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. - Provide updates, address queries, and resolve issues proactively. - Mentor union developers and guide the team in implementing best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Required Skills and Experience : - Minimum of 3.5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Base24 EPS and NCR platforms. - Proficiency in implementing solutions for Merchant Acquiring Authorization projects. Strong understanding of the Merchant Acquiring landscape, including : - Transaction processing. - Settlements. - Switch processing. Card Network Integration : - Experience working with leading payment schemes such as MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and CUP. - Knowledge of scheme-specific requirements for authorization processing. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead project delivery. - Knowledge of modern payment technologies and trends. - Experience in agile methodologies. - Open to flexible or remote arrangements as per organizational policies.
