Frontend Lead - React.js/React Native

We are looking for Frontend Engineers with Team lead experience and React Native from Ecommerce domain who can join Immediately or up to 30 days. We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a passion for crafting seamless and engaging user experiences. You will play a key role in building high-performance, user-centric web and mobile applications using React.js & React Native. The ideal candidate comes from an e-commerce or fintech startup background and is eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities : - Understand business processes and customer journeys to deliver optimal technical solutions. - Contribute to technical and UX design discussions and documentation. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and application security. - Own deployment, rollout, maintenance, and debugging across multiple devices and browsers. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to improve product efficiency. Qualifications & Skills : - 6 years of experience in JavaScript and frontend developmen t. - Strong expertise in React.js & React Native for web and mobile applications. - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. - Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus. - Exposure to backend technologies and DevOps is a bonus. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
