We are hiring a new talent as Senior Global Category Buyer – IT / IS, to lead strategy category for a spend around 100M€ and manage a global network of IT buyers. As key member of the Global Procurement Team, you will work across Lactalis's different business divisions to drive high impacts & strategic projects. Your mission will focus on optimizing quality, cost, innovation and overall performance accross IT categories including Hardware, Software, Communication & services. This high-visibility role will position you as key player in shaping & executing the Global IT/IS procurement strategy. Yours missions : As a SENIOR GLOBAL CATEGORY BUYER – IT / IS you will: - Lead high-stakes negotiations for complex and strategic IT projects, driving cost optimization & value creation - Design & implement global procurement strategies - Develop expertise in IT procurement within a dynamic international environment - Manage an international network of 15 regional/local buyers, fostering collaboration and efficency - Drive global initiatives to enhance economic & sustainable performance of IT category What is essential for us ? - A minimum of 5 years experience in IT procurement with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. - Fluency in English & French with leadership potential. - A strategic mindset, able to align stakeholders accross diverses functions and seize new business opportunities. - Able to align strategy and stakeholders around identified and new business opportunities. - Resilience & tenacity, combined withth strong relationship-building skills establish credibility & an efficent network. - A results-oriented mindset, driven dliver mesurable value in IT procurement categories, This jos is in adequation with your professional projet, let's meet us as soon as possible
