NewGen IT Technologies - Solution Architect - IT Infrastructure

Job Summary : - We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cyber security to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative IT solutions to address complex business challenges of our clients. - You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and security experts to define and deliver robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business processes, IT infrastructure, and security landscape. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and architect IT infrastructure solutions, including data centers, networks, servers, storage, and virtualization. - Develop comprehensive cyber security architectures to protect the organization's assets and data. - Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT solutions. - Create detailed solution designs, including architecture diagrams, network diagrams, and system specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams during the implementation and deployment phases. - Ensure alignment of IT solutions with industry best practices and compliance requirements. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in IT infrastructure and cyber security. Qualifications : - Preferably BTECH-CSE/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,. - At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cyber security solution designing, solution defense, with a strong focus on solution architecture. - Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions. - In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, virtualization). - Strong understanding of cyber security principles, threats, and mitigation strategies. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must have the strong relations with difference OEMs Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications in IT infrastructure and cyber security (e.g, TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). - Experience with ITIL service management framework. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (ref:hirist.tech)
