MS Dynamics 365 Developer - PowerApps

Job Title : MS Dynamics 365 Developer with PCF Development Experience : 8-10 Years Location : Remote - Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description : We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) development to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, focusing primarily on PCF and plugin : - Design, develop, and implement custom components using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality. - Develop, test, and deploy custom plugins for Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring that business logic is implemented effectively. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. - Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize processes and improve the end-user experience. - Develop and support Canvas Apps and Power Automate solutions (desirable but not mandatory). - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Dynamics 365, PCF, or plugin components. - Follow best practices for security, performance, and data integrity in all development activities. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed. - Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. Requirements : - 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. - 5 years of hands-on experience with PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) development. - Strong experience in plugin development for Dynamics 365. - Knowledge of Canvas App and Power Automate development is a plus. - Excellent understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner. - Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision. - Strong communication skills and experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred : - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies. - Experience with Azure or other cloud technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
