SAP MM Consultant - MDM Module

Job Description : - SAP MM with strong knowledge in Master data (Material , Supplier , Customer , Business partners, etc. - Experience as a Master Data senior analyst or expert in SAP implementation/roll-out projects. - Facilitate fit/gap and design sessions with Business and functional workstreams within the assigned Master Data domain. - Thoroughly document alignments, decisions, and configurations throughout the project to ensure transparency and facilitate future reference or iterations. - Responsible for data mapping, cleansing, and analysis, ensuring consistency with the company template prior to migration. - Draft functional specifications and engage in development testing, ensuring all functionalities are in alignment with business requirements. - Drive, and monitor the data collection process in collaboration with Business stakeholders. - Data upload files to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Analyze and resolve data-related issues that arise during UAT, and the go-live phase, ensuring data consistency and integrity. - Hands-on experience in SAP Master Data mapping, cleansing, conversion, and validation. - Familiarity with the dependencies between SAP Master Data objects and knowledge of SAP Master Data tables and their content. - A proactive approach, anticipating potential challenges and proposing solutions. - Consultant mindset, eager to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions. - Willingness to immerse in Master Data-related topics given the high complexity of the data model. - Adaptability to evolving project requirements and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Should have understanding of Business scenarios and converting it to MDM Business logic. - Should have a crystal-clear understanding of the various scenarios that are being used in the project. - Should have skills to convert Business Requirements into Technical Specifications. - Gathering requirements from stakeholders and developing functional requirements - Designing solutions and writing up technical requirement - Testing and implementing technology solutions - Analyzing current business processes and systems - Identifying areas for improvement - Create Functional Design Document for development objects - Create Process Flow Diagrams - Create test scripts in support of business scenarios testing and E2E scenario testing. - Prepare Test data and Test cases. - Creating procedures to improve the existing systems - Recommending best IT practices - Perform and sign off system integration testing (SIT) to ensure E2E testing of apps - Facilitate execution and UAT Sign off. - Knowledge Transfer - Hypercare support - Providing training and support to users (ref:hirist.tech)
