Job Overview : The SAP FICO S/4 HANA End-to-End Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in the organization by overseeing the successful implementation and integration of SAP FICO solutions. This position is essential for ensuring that financial data flows seamlessly across departments, enhances reporting capabilities, and meets compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects. - Configure SAP S/4 HANA Financial modules according to business needs. - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Design and execute data migration plans from legacy systems to SAP. - Conduct testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance. - Provide training to end-users and support team members. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. - Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for improvement. - Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. - Maintain thorough documentation of project lifecycle and changes. - Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and finance teams. - Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution. - Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and updates. - Provide ongoing support post-implementation and system enhancements. - Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the financial technology roadmap. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation. - Advanced knowledge of S/4 HANA financial processes. - Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP project lifecycles. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Experience with data migration tools and methodologies. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in training and mentoring team members. - Familiarity with change management processes. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to travel on-site for project implementations if required. - Knowledge of industry best practices in financial technology. - Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
