UI/UX Developer - User-Centered Design

Job Title : UI/UX Developer - Remote Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Developer with 8-14 years of experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and development, proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, and a passion for creating engaging and user-centric designs. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative UI/UX solutions. Ensure consistency in design patterns and best practices across all platforms. Conduct user research, usability testing, and implement user feedback to improve design functionality. Optimize designs for responsive layouts and performance across different devices and screen sizes. Work in an agile environment, managing multiple design projects with tight deadlines. Required Qualifications : 8-14 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD for wireframing, prototyping, and final designs. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, including usability, accessibility, and interaction design. Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Familiarity with design systems, version control, and collaborative design workflows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
