IBM DataPower Developer - WebSphere

Job Description : Skill Set : - DataPower B2B gateway. - Datapower Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPG). - IBM Elastic Storage System (ESS). - WebSphere MQ. - Kafka. - Protocols (HTTPs NFS AS2 API SFTP FTP AS1 AS3 VPN VAN). - Certificate and Key Management (AS2 SSH SSL Cert Auth (CA) PGP). - Experience with Multi cluster HA environments. Role & Responsibilities : Support services : - Minimum 3 5 Years of experience in Data Power Domain. - Troubleshoot and remediate B2B Customer Issues. (Existing FTP SFTP AS2 APIconnections). - Identification of transmission error (Inbound and Outbound). - Contact Customers to resolve issues. - Reprocess data as needed. - Coordinate customer maintenance windows and ensure the failures are processed and accepted by the customer. - Coordinates customer outages and communicates internally. - Coordinates with Customer maintenance /cert s etc to customers and internal teams. - Troubleshoot and remediate B2B internal system Issues. (Datapower B2B gateway Datapower MPG ESS and WMQ). - Assist New Customers with B2B secure communication Setups. - Works with the customer to define and implement secure transports (API AS2 SFTP). - Works with the customer to set up signing encryption as required. - Assist Customers with changes to existing communication setups.
