Data Scientist - R/SQL/Python

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, and experience working with large datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights and drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Modeling : - Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources. - Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Business Insights and Reporting : - Analyze data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive business strategies. - Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings effectively. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data science solutions. - Present technical findings in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical audiences. Data Governance : - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational and legal standards. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, R, or a similar language. - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. - Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning. - Experience in A/B testing, causal inference, or experimental design.
