SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support

Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant / Senior Consultant Location : Delhi NCR Job Type : Full-Time Mode : Work from Office Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant or Senior Consultant with 5-7 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and be well-versed in SAP HANA implementation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, system configurations, and the ability to contribute to the successful implementation of SAP FICO in SAP HANA environments. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and participate in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) module implementation and support projects in SAP HANA environments. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide SAP solutions that meet business objectives. - Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules based on client requirements. - Provide functional expertise and support during the implementation of SAP FICO processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, asset accounting, and controlling. - Ensure the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. - Assist in data migration, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth system transitions. - Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionality. - Conduct regular system health checks and offer solutions for continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the SAP FICO module post-implementation. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP FICO and provide guidance to junior consultants or team members. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience : 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementation and support. - Must have SAP HANA implementation project experience (mandatory). - Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and integration with other modules. - Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP FICO solutions for financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its functionalities within the FICO domain. - Excellent understanding of financial reporting, cost allocation, and budgeting in SAP. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business users and project teams. - Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Desired Skills : - SAP Certification in FICO or HANA would be an added advantage. - Experience with SAP Fiori and other reporting tools is a plus. - Knowledge of integration techniques with third-party systems and SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables. - Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering quality solutions.
