IT Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized IT Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating operational activities, acting as a key point of contact between clients, IT, and sales teams, and ensuring a smooth flow of information and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Support and coordinate operational tasks, including the setup of new platforms and products. Act as a liaison to facilitate information flow between clients, the IT department, and the Sales department. Manage and resolve client requests, including technical issues, code verifications, and code operations. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Essential Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent command of the English language. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SQL and a passion for software and technology.
