For the well-established sales organization in Italy, we are looking for a Country Sales Director (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities: Full P&L responsibility for all business in Italy with a strong focus on sales & business development. Providing proactive and dynamic leadership to the team. Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue. Expansion of key markets such as machine building and identification of new business opportunities. Manage and further deepen the relations with the most important key accounts. Direct reporting to the German HQ. Requirements: Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus. Leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably including P&L responsibility. Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation and/or electrical engineering.
