Our client is a leading multinational in the Insurance sector and has tasked us with finding a Pega Developer/Business Analyst . The individual, as the Pega focal point, will be involved in the analysis and implementation of back-office applications, responsible for gathering requirements and evaluating the impacts of new solution implementations. They will also support design aspects and interface with various internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Several years of experience in a similar role in enterprise contexts; Ability to identify and define reusable project assets; Knowledge of BPM platforms or a process-oriented mindset; Preferred background in J2EE development, focused on Web Applications and object-oriented programming (OOP); Knowledge of relational databases; Good command of English (at least a real B2 level, spoken and written). Possession of a PEGA system certification is a preferred but non-mandatory requirement. Work Mode: 2 days of remote work per week, planned at your discretion.
