Senior Kronos Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation of Kronos WFM solutions, including Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, and Analytics. - Configure Kronos modules to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes. - Develop and maintain integrations between Kronos and other enterprise systems, such as HRIS, payroll, and ERP platforms. - Customize Kronos interfaces and reports using Kronos tools and technologies. - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, design workflows, and create technical specifications. - Provide technical advice on system enhancements, integrations, and best practices. - Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos applications and interfaces. - Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the Kronos platform. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation. - Provide ongoing technical support for implemented Kronos systems, including upgrades and patches. - Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for improved efficiency. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 years of experience as a Kronos WFM Consultant or Engineer. - Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Kronos modules, including Timekeeper, Workforce Scheduler, and Analytics. - Strong understanding of Kronos architecture, data models, and APIs. - Experience with integrations between Kronos and other enterprise systems (e.g. , HRIS, payroll, ERP). - Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g. , Python, PowerShell). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong client relationships. Preferred Qualifications : - Kronos Workforce Central certifications. - Experience with cloud-based deployments of Kronos. - Experience with BI reporting and data analysis tools. - Knowledge of industry best practices for workforce management (ref:hirist.tech)
