AEM Administrator

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You will work closely with developers, content editors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our AEM environment. Key Responsibilities : AEM Administration : - Install, configure, and upgrade AEM instances. - Manage user permissions, roles, and groups within the AEM environment. - Monitor AEM performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. - Manage and maintain AEM packages, templates, and components. - Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures. - Optimize AEM performance and scalability. AEM Operations : - Implement and maintain AEM workflows and schedules. - Manage AEM content replication and distribution. - Ensure the security and integrity of the AEM environment. - Conduct regular audits and security assessments. - Provide technical support to AEM users. CI/CD Pipeline : - Integrate AEM with CI/CD pipelines (e., Jenkins, Azure DevOps). - Automate AEM builds, deployments, and releases. - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for AEM. AEM with DevOps Tools : - Integrate AEM with other DevOps tools (e., Git, Docker, Kubernetes). - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) principles for AEM deployments. - Utilize containerization and orchestration technologies for AEM deployments. Required Skills : - Proven experience as an AEM Administrator with 6-8 years of hands-on experience. - Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and functionalities. - Expertise in AEM authoring and publishing environments. - Experience with AEM workflows, schedules, and content replication. - Experience with AEM integration with other systems. - Strong scripting and automation skills (e., shell scripting, Python). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills : - Experience with AEM 6.5 or later versions. - Experience with cloud-based AEM deployments (e., AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with AEM Touch UI. - Knowledge of Java and JCR. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
