Full Stack Engineer - Python/AngularJS

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that directly impact our users. - Build scalable and maintainable front-end architectures using frameworks such as Angular 12, React, or similar. - Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing state management libraries like NgRx or Redux. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and deliver impactful features. - Take ownership of tasks, prioritize user needs, and deliver scalable, creative solutions to challenges. - Actively contribute to the product vision and roadmap, ensuring the application's evolution aligns with the company's growth. - Develop and integrate backend services with a scalable, robust architecture using Python or other technologies. - Ensure data integrity and security by building efficient APIs and database models. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to support future features and expansions. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability. - Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth. - Actively share knowledge on new tools, frameworks, and best practices with the team to ensure continuous improvement. - Innovation & Experimentation Stay ahead of industry trends by experimenting with emerging technologies and frameworks. - Continuously improve the product with cutting-edge tools and best practices. Desired Qualifications : Educational Background : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional Experience : - 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend and full stack development with a strong portfolio of successful projects. - Experience working in software product companies is a plus. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular 12, React, or similar frameworks. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design. - Experience with libraries like NgRx or Redux. - Familiarity with backend technologies, including Python or other backend stacks. - Proficient with tools like Git. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment. - Quick learner with a passion for creating user-focused solutions. - Demonstrates a proactive and ownership-driven attitude. Preferred Qualifications : - Prior experience working with serverless architecture, microservices, or cloud platforms like AWS. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Experience with automated testing tools for frontend and backend (ref:hirist.tech)
