Senior Business Analyst

Job Title : Senior Business Analyst Experience : 8 Years Relevant Experience in BA : 7 Years Location : Chennai Work Mode : Work from Office (WFO) We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Business Analysis with a proven track record in gathering requirements, stakeholder management, and documentation. Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering : Lead the process of collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and business users. Business Requirements Document (BRD) : Develop clear and comprehensive BRDs and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) that outline business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate Communication : Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project outcomes. Process Improvement : Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Project Support : Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, implementation, and post-deployment. Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals. Required Skills : Business Analysis Expertise : At least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, with strong expertise in gathering requirements, stakeholder management, and documentation. BRD & FSD : Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring alignment of business needs and technical solutions. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex business issues. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and business teams. Detail-Oriented : Ability to manage complex requirements and document them in a structured, clear manner. Additional Requirements : Career Path : The candidate should have started their career as a Business Analyst and developed expertise over the years. Permanent Employment & PF Account : The candidate should be currently employed on a permanent basis and have a Provident Fund (PF) account.
