Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of data architecture, integration, and analytics. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop data-driven solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud. - Implement and maintain Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) for a 360-degree view of customer data - Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external systems using tools such as MuleSoft, APIs, or custom connectors. - Create and manage data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation workflows. - Design scalable data models and architecture within Salesforce. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards. - Build dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics using Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau. - Enable predictive analytics and AI/ML capabilities using Salesforce AI features. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance system functionality. - Propose and implement process optimizations and automation. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including 3 years with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform). - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools. - Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs, web services, or middleware tools like MuleSoft. - Knowledge of data models, schema design, and data mapping. - Proficient in data integration tools (ETL/ELT processes) and handling large datasets. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analytics). - Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards (e.g, GDPR, CCPA). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Certifications (Preferred) : - Salesforce Data Cloud Certification. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II. - Salesforce Certified Integration Architect. - Salesforce Certified Application Architect. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Self-starter with a passion for learning and implementing new technologies. Good to Have : - Experience in implementing AI/ML-driven solutions using Salesforce. - Prior experience with industries such as retail, finance, or healthcare. - Knowledge of advanced programming languages (e.g, Python, R) for data analytics (ref:hirist.tech)
