Job Description : - Managing the software Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Translate software product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Write requirements typically as user stories and Mockups - Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule - Assess and address technical risks and define success criteria for testing and product acceptance - Creation and maintenance of proper product documentation to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product. - Collaborate with the tech team to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs - Act as liaison between Sales, Client Services, Marketing Support, and Technology teams to support customer demand as part of new product development. Skills and Experience : - 4 years of experience as a Software Product Manager managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Good knowledge of SDLC and Ability to drive the creation and modification of key documents across Zessta - Moderately technical with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers to understand product issues and drive the team toward resolution. - Subject matter expert on Competitive analysis and technical challenges - Strong knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure. - Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think outside of the box strongly desired. - Working knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology. - Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary. - Understand best practices and stay informed about the competition. - Have experience working on hierarchies (Customer, Product, Developers, UI/UX).
