ENOVIA Software Development Lead (H/F)

ENOVIA Software Development Lead About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead with expertise in ENOVIA PLM to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading development efforts, guiding a team in implementing and customizing ENOVIA V6 solutions, and ensuring the successful integration of PLM systems within enterprise environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize solutions that enhance product lifecycle management processes. Project Details: This role is part of an Application Management Services (AMS) engagement with a leading manufacturing domain customer that extensively uses Dassault Products. As part of this engagement, our team will be responsible for managing the customer’s PLM systems and supporting product development processes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead mid to large teams in the development and implementation of PLM solutions using ENOVIA V6 (preferably 2013x or later). • Provide technical expertise in ENOVIA architecture, customization, defect fixing, upgrades, and migrations. • Design, develop, and optimize ENOVIA PLM applications, including Engineering BOM Management, Variant Management, and Classify & Reuse modules. • Utilize ENOVIA tools and utilities such as ENOVIA ADK, MQL, TCL/TK, UI3 Components, JPO development, Triggers, and REST-based Webservices. • Develop solutions using Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, solution design, development, code review, deployment, and testing. • Ensure smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore teams, serving as the primary offshore contact for ENOVIA development-related activities. • Provide technical training and documentation for development teams and end users. • Work on adjacent enterprise integrations and provide insights for DevOps implementation. • Collaborate with other development and support teams to drive continuous improvements in PLM systems. Desired Profile: Experience: • 8-10 years of experience in PLM implementation using ENOVIA V6 (2013x or later). • Proven ability to lead development teams and manage PLM projects. • Strong knowledge of ENOVIA PLM Architecture and its components. • Experience in ENOVIA customization, troubleshooting, and upgrades/migrations. • Hands-on expertise in CAD tool integrations (CATIA V5/V6) is a plus. • Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, VBA, Shell). • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems. • Understanding of DevOps practices is an added advantage. • Fluency in French for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
