Senior Finance Assistant

We are looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to support in creating and maintaining supplier and customer master data, lease accounting, and reviewing colleague expense reports. The Finance team, of which the Senior Finance Assistant is part, performs these activities for Bentley globally. Your Day-to-Day: You are part of a global team with colleagues in the USA and Europe. Create and maintain supplier and customer master data. Maintain lease accounting and asset retirement obligations. Review of colleague expense reports. Communicate and collaborate with external parties and colleagues around the world. Our communication tools are Microsoft Teams for chatting, meeting, or calling and Microsoft Outlook for e-mail or meetings. The role does not require international travel. We do request colleagues to visit the closest physical office now and then for alignment with colleagues. Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. What You Bring to The Team: 5 years of experience in a similar Finance role. Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business, or Accounting or equivalent work/training experience. Professional proficiency in the English language, verbally and in writing. Experience with finance system SAP or Workday is an advantage. You are team and task-oriented, flexible, and enthusiastic with a hands-on mentality. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
