The Role: The firm is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join their Paris office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the investment lifecycle, from origination and execution to asset management and exit strategies. This role offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure transactions and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end investment process, including market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal execution. Develop detailed financial models, conduct valuations, and prepare investment memos for the investment committee. Perform in-depth industry and market analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risks. Collaborate with portfolio companies to drive value creation, monitor performance, and execute strategic initiatives. Assist in preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and investors. Build and maintain relationships with advisors, industry experts, and potential partners. Key Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or infrastructure-focused advisory. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a solid understanding of infrastructure assets. Experience working on complex transactions, including M&A, debt financing, or asset management. Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong academic background, ideally with a degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
