Your Impact: The mission of Rexel Group IT’s Integration Team is to design, develop and implement a wide range of standardized, best practice-based integration solutions to Rexel countries, businesses, systems, and applications worldwide. By leveraging our in-house expertise and collaborating with external partners (both onshore and offshore), we primarily use TIBCO technology to implement seamless and efficient integration solutions. Based at Rexel Group’s headquarters in Paris and reporting to the Head of Data & Integration, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the technical design and compliant implementation of all new integrations, with a strong focus on Rexel’s digital (eCommerce) initiatives. As an Integration Architect Manager, you will supervise external integration architects and senior technical experts, managing their efforts and ensuring the successful delivery of their projects. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of integration at Rexel Your day to day: 1) You lead the design, optimization, review, and approval of integration solutions: Review submitted requirements for completeness and clarity Prepare initial, high-level designs and estimates as necessary Develop and perform proof-of-concepts as necessary to determine feasibility and confirm new approaches (API, caching, etc.) Perform pre-development review of detail design documents to ensure completeness and compliance with established Integration Factory practices and standards Ensure performance of appropriate types and levels of testing including full end-to-end testing in close collaboration with country IT teams 2) You provide leadership, vision, and direction to the Integration roadmap : Lead/Build global API Architecture, Middleware Integration & Solutions team to design solutions and undertake Integration projects. Develop productive relationships with business partner teams across the organization to influence how Integration platforms can enable new sources of value. Manage Integration group personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization, as well as building on existing recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps. 3) You develop and document standards and methodologies surrounding the Hybrid Integration Platform by securing knowledge and know-how : Maintain onboarding documentation. Provide critical judgement on data model efficiency based your experience and best practices. Ensure validation processes are followed Your strenghts and skills : Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 10 years of professional experience in integration architecture. Proven experience in large-scale data and integration projects. Hands-on experience with offshore teams (India preferred). Previous consulting experience is an asset. Ideally rolled-out large-scale data projects Hard Skills : Expertise in integration architecture (10 years), micro-services, API management (5 years), Integration Development and System Administration (5years) Experience with middleware integration tools (and TIBCO would be highly appreciated) Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and software development (ideally Java). Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital technologies (would be a plus) Soft Skills Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing without formal authority. Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems. Ability to manage change, onboard diverse teams, and foster collaboration across departments.
