As part of an AMS, Maintain the components and functionalities for SAP applications to fulfill customer’s demand. Internship's objectives: Customize SAP applications to find and fix issues and recover the original functionality. Being able to reach a double skill of fixing problems and deliver evolutions Assist in the configuration and testing Analyse the demand from the customer for SAP application customization to propose an appropriate solution and realization Prepare and maintain documentation of SAP processes, configurations, and systems changes Interact with team members to understand SAP related needs Propose the change on customer’s application to satisfy customer’s needs Find and fix issues/errors on the application Profile: Fluent English & French Knowledge on processes of the Utilities Sector (distributors, meter readings…) Curious, and hard worker Way of working “hands-on” Understanding of business environment and IT, processes, organization, implications of changes, ITIL Experience with SAP.
