What You'll Do In this role, you will lead the transformation of legacy banking & insurance systems into agile and scalable digital platforms that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will spearhead modernization initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI and blockchain to drive innovation. By designing seamless core banking and insurance architectures, you will enable clients to adopt open standards and effectively integrate fintech solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will align IT strategies with business goals to secure competitive advantage in a rapidly changing financial landscape. What You'll Bring 6-8 years of experience in core banking or insurance systems architecture. Expertise in financial systems transformation, regulatory compliance, and fintech integration. Strong knowledge of open banking frameworks, APIs, and advanced digital solutions. Proven ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. Fluency in English and French.
