Senior General Ledger Accountant Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Your responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of high-complexity journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP/IFRS and company policies Oversee reconciliations for critical balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies and identifying root causes Manage key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams Provide technical expertise to address complex accounting scenarios and ensure compliance with evolving regulations and standards Share knowledge and support junior staff in challenging GL operations Our requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced certification required At least 7 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, or a similar function Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel, including modeling and data analysis Extensive knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and proven ability to handle complex accounting tasks and regulatory compliance.
