The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes, and supporting the overall financial health of the business. Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis - Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations - Conduct profitability analysis for various products, markets, and business units - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans - Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and potential areas of improvement - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior management as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CIMA certification is a must - 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of attention to detail and accuracy If you are a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for finance and the FMCG industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
