IT Project Manager

Job Title : IT Project Manager (Manufacturing) (.net background) Location : Narsapur, Karnataka (Local candidates preferred) Job Description : - Lead and manage development teams with expertise in .NET, C#, and SQL technologies. - Oversee project execution for clients in the Manufacturing sector. - Collaborate closely with manufacturing clients to understand business requirements and align project goals. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within set timelines. - Hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and design practices. - Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support. - Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery. - Drive continuous improvements in project management processes. - Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development teams. - Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage technical resources. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). - Willingness to travel PAN India for client meetings as required. Key Requirements : - 8 years of IT Project Management experience. - Proven track record managing manufacturing clients. - Strong technical background in .NET, C#, and SQL. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Flexibility to travel across India to meet with clients.
