Team Leader

Job Title: Team Leader - Care Home Location: Ruislip Salary: £14.95 per hour Hours: Minimum 35.25 hours per week (3 shifts) Shifts: Days (7:30am - 7:45pm) or Nights (7:30pm - 7:45am) We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our care home in Ruislip , leading a team to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Oversee medication management, including ordering, administration, auditing, and record-keeping. Develop and update care plans using Person-Centered Software (PCS) . Make referrals to GPs, district nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals . Lead and support a team of up to six HCAs and ancillary staff . Ensure compliance with risk assessments and care file management. What We Are Looking For: Experience in a leadership role within a care setting. Strong medication management and care planning skills. Excellent communication and written English skills.
